Your Website VIP Day is a focused design experience where your website is designed and built in one dedicated day.
The planning and preparation happen beforehand, so when your VIP Day arrives, everything is ready for me to focus on bringing your website to life.
Designed for businesses with an established brand and clear offer, your VIP Day includes a custom WordPress or Shopify website with up to five pages.
Your Website VIP Day requires an established brand identity. If you need branding first, you can add a Brand VIP Day to your project.
We do the preparation together first. Once everything is ready, we lock in your dedicated design day.

Complete your questionnaire and share your copy, imagery, brand files, page requirements and access details.
Send me your moodboard and two websites you love. Let me know what you’re drawn to in each, whether it’s the layout, typography, colours, imagery or overall feel. I’ll use these references alongside your brand and content to shape the creative direction for your website.
Once your content and preparation are ready, we'll schedule your VIP Day. This can be as soon as the following week, subject to availability.
The day before, we'll review the content, page layouts, functionality, visual direction and any final questions.
I'll build your website during your dedicated day, with your feedback throughout. We'll finish with handover and support.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your client portal will guide you through everything I need. You'll be asked to provide your website copy, images, brand identity files, website inspiration, page list, services or product details, and relevant hosting or platform access.
You'll also share a moodboard and choose two website designs you love. We'll discuss which elements appeal to you and create a cohesive direction that fits your own business.
We'll walk through your content, confirm the website structure, check that all assets and access are ready, and agree on the design direction before the build begins.
That way, we can make the most of the VIP Day itself.
With the preparation complete, your dedicated day is focused on designing, building and refining your website together.
I'll design and develop your website using the approved content and direction. You'll be available for questions and decisions as we go.
We'll review the website together and work through final refinements, with a target launch of 5pm where everything is approved and technically ready.
You'll receive training to manage your site and two weeks of functionality support after launch.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON
If you don't have a complete brand identity, add a Brand VIP Day at the bundled rate. We'll complete your brand identity on a separate day before your website build.
Normally $2,000 when booked separately. Your combined project total is $4,000 AUD, paid in four monthly instalments of $1,000.
YOUR INVESTMENT
Your project is automatically split into four equal monthly payments. The first is due after you sign your agreement.
